Project Sunrise (2022 – 2023): In response to the devastating 2022 KZN floods, weFEEDsa launched Project Sunrise in partnership with the Solidarity Fund to support affected communities with practical, long-term recovery solutions.

Water Project

Access to clean water is a basic human right—and a daily struggle for many in KwaZulu-Natal. In response, weFEEDsa expanded our efforts in 2024 with a dedicated Water Project to bring relief to water-scarce communities.

Early Childhood Development

At weFEEDsa, we recognise the importance of early education in shaping a child’s future. Our Early Childhood Development (ECD) initiatives focus on supporting and nurturing young minds through safe, stimulating environments.

Soup Kitchens

At weFEEDsa, we operate and support a network of soup kitchens across South Africa, providing hot, nutritious meals to those in need. These kitchens serve as a lifeline for individuals and families facing hunger, offering both immediate relief and a sense of community. Through our partnerships with local organisations and volunteers, we strive to offer support to as many people as possible with dignity and respect.

Venue 61

Venue 61 is a venue for hire that is a division of weFEEDsa. Profits from the venue go directly to weFEEDsa, which focuses on addressing South Africa’s high unemployment rates through empowerment and education.

Our Annual Wellness Day

weFEEDsa in collaboration with the Woodview Cancer Support Group hosts an annual Wellness Day to provide access to healthcare tests and screenings such as pap smears, prostate cancer screening, breast examinations, HIV testing, blood pressure, glucose testing, audiologists, optometrists and more.

10 000 Burger Day

10 000 Burger Day (2021 – 2023): A day where weFEEDsa’s community comes together to braai, assemble and distribute 10,000 burgers to those in need.
